The services offered have associated fees, starting from CAD 1,200 for Nexalis IT Contract Review, CAD 2,500 for Nexalis Privacy Compliance Package, and CAD 1,800 for Nexalis Intellectual Property Advisory. Payment terms will be outlined in service agreements and must be followed accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

Nexalixia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Users acknowledge that results may vary and that our services are designed to support, not replace, professional judgment.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, users must cease use of all services and materials provided.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
